On May 27, 2023, at 10:00 AM, Global Gateway University (GGU) successfully held its 2023 Commencement Ceremony at the main campus in St. Louis, Missouri.
The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Myung-hwan Oh, and featured a series of distinguished speakers. Dr. James Song (Chairman) delivered a foundational message regarding the university's mission, followed by an inspiring and visionary charge to the graduating class from Dr. Stephen Combs (President).
In a particularly meaningful moment, Dr. Lindell F. Shumake, a GGU alumnus and former member of the Missouri House of Representatives, offered a heartfelt congratulatory address. Drawing from his extensive experience in public service, he encouraged the graduates to carry their calling into the world with integrity and purpose.
